Information Collection and Use
We collect your first and last name, email address and phone number, when you request for a demo, schedule a phone call or when filling out our contact us form. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, contact you to discuss our product or simply attend to your customer service requests.

If you are a customer of one of our clients, we will collect information from you under the direction of our clients which may include but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We only use this information to fulfill our services to our clients (such as fulfilling your order and administering your account).
Information Sharing
We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

An you are a customer of one of our Clients who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data collected through our service, please direct your query to the BuyerQuest, Inc.’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests BuyerQuest, Inc. access or to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. BuyerQuest, Inc. will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
